Cancellation Policy

  1. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, this is considered a late cancellation or ‘no show’ where the lesson is charged in full and no make up lesson is offered.

  2. A late cancellation or ‘no show’ lesson must be paid for before the next lesson can proceed.

  3. If you cancel a lesson with more than 24 hours notice, the lesson may be rescheduled. (Note: A rescheduled lesson may not be available for up to 6 weeks.)

  4. Prepaid lesson cancellations or ‘no shows’ with less than 24 hours notice will be forfeited. (Charged as if the lesson was taken.)

Other:

  1. A Learner’s Permit must be brought to every lesson, and made available for me to sight, before a lesson can proceed. If you don’t have your Learner’s Permit with you, it is considered a ‘no show’ and will be charged in full, with no make up lesson offered. (It is a legal requirement to always have your Learners Permit with you when you are driving).

  2. Log Books should also be brought to every lesson however it is not essential. A lesson can be entered retrospectively but this is not recommended.

  3. Lessons begin from the time that I arrive at the arranged pick up point. It is recommended that you are fully prepared with Learner’s Permit, Log Book and looking out for me.

  4. You will be aware that unforeseen delays are common on roads and in traffic. This means I could be early, or up to 10 minutes late. I will text ahead if I expect to be more than 10 minutes late. Generally, I am right on time.

  5. If I am more than 15 minutes late, you reserve the right to reschedule that lesson.

  6. If you are more than 10 minutes late, it will be considered a ‘no show’ and a make up lesson will not be offered.

  7. PAYMENT must be made at the time of the lesson, or before.

    Payment can be made by cash or Bank Transfer.

  8. If paying by Bank Transfer, this must be paid prior to the lesson, the day before where possible, showing the student’s name as the reference/description. Please txt me a bank confirmation of payment before the lesson.

  9. If a parent or supervisor has any concerns or questions at any stage, please do not hesitate to contact me. I am always approachable, however time at the end of a lesson is limited to allow time to get to my next lesson. (We can arrange a time to discuss any issues or answer questions.)
